Boiling removes all the nutrients from vegetables, instead try steam 😊

my shrimps won't eat the pellet when I moved them into a jar with moss. seems like they are eating some of the moss or algae. I kept removing the uneaten pellet. but day 3 and they are all alive. do I keep giving them pellet, or no? I'm worried it would just be making the jar dirty. The jar is quite big for 6 baby shrimps btw

I was told that I shouldn't be using algae remover cuz it could harm shrimp (am a newbie). How do you know if the product safe for them btw 🥹 just asking.. Also. I can't see your filter in the fish tank. I was wondering if it's hidden behind or something cuz i was also told that they require filter 🤔 please let me know! Am so curious ✨
@Fishly-bj6wd4 күн бұрын
I used the shrimp-safe one, but it can't remove hardy algae. I didn’t use a filter for this tank, but I suggest you use one because it makes keeping shrimp much easier!😊

Dont think this 10 watt heater is big enough. They are rated for 1 gallon. Got one in a gallon fishbowl and its struggles to keep it at 76F.

Just wondering do you need to renew the soil substratec? Or just keep it as it is how long it can last? I m planning to make a tank with low to no maintainence with only 50 percent warer change and drops of fertiliser .for shrimp just give cut cucumber and small flakes once every 3 days .is it a good idea sir ? Any advice to tuis approach?
