I gotta say, this was a perfect troll video, I remember watching this in 2017 and I believed everything until the Undertale music started playing. I never got that the characters names were weird because I only knew Lucas back then because of Smash and thats why this video rules, it is perfect bait for casual people who knows very little about Earthbound/Mother like I was. The Undertale track was the Achiles Heel, because seeing Undertale back there was inevitable, since it was everywhere, but other than that its really well made and convincing for a casual.

Yeah, the Stone and Earth thing used to confuse me too. The difference is that Stone deals with boulders, mountains, or sand while Earth deals with terrain, soil, and clay. Basically Stone is rocky while Earth is earthy. Make sense?

I revisited this game a few years ago and I put it down quickly. I didn't encounter any bugs but the repetition and over reliance on hero mode left me bored to tears.

This game is an absolute masterpiece.
