A tip for ppl who can’t workout: I cant workout due to my need for rehabilitation (post brain stroke), so i walk instead. I do 10k steps, i started of by doing 2-5k steps a day, and kept increasing my goal after achieving each 2 times.

I just want to say that this isn't healthy, it's a "diet" for specific weightloss that's very hard to keep up with, and yeah, it can help you lose weight but if you stop eating like this you'll gain it all back :( I don't want to discourage you, but if you truly want to eat healthy i suggest you simply start including more veggies and less junk food to your diet, even though i'm sure that you're already perfect

i love seeing everyone's progress in the comment. we all have different bodies and they work differently. seeing different results just make it realistic to me and also it's motivating. my progress isn't as huge as everyone else's but i'm doing something and overtime it will add up

The “drinking water until the stomach is full” trick isn’t working on me. I function on far less food and water than recommended. I eat very little so I’m not that thirsty anymore. Thus, drinking makes me more hungry. ❤Everyone should know what works best for them❤
