@@parletitia I suggest doing a calorie deficit! As much as protein is great, that's usually for muscle gain and when you want to focus on fat loss, calorie deficit is your best friend paired with exercise. When you eat too much protein your body doesn't know what to do with it and actually stores it as fat.. so sad because I love protein haha but yes stick to meat and veggies but control how much protein! I think there's a way to calculate how much protein you should eat depending on your body weight but I'm not 100% sure. Hope this helps!! :) (Also, I have done what I said for a good 2 months and I've lost almost 10kgs!)

@@mewahidat yaa fr, been doing calorie deficit and measuring my foods for almost 3 months and i lost 8 kgs, my metabolism is fucked and i lose weight really slow but this seems to be the best way working for me rn out of all the others that i've tried before 😁 (this and the other things i said in the first comment all together)

Meal Plans for this week (for me): Day 1: 2 boiled eggs. Day 2: yogurt with banana and almonds. Day 3: Egg, banana, salad. Day 4: avocado toast. This diet seems sustainable for me so I'm gonna try it as I gained like 7kg on vacation 😵💫 CW: 64,5 kg GW: 55-58 kg (I'm 1,63m so this weight seems perfect) Day1: 65 kg… I gained more since I couldn’t keep this diet up during work days and over ate 🫠. So started all over… Day2: 64.2. Ehm lost 1kg in a day 😧😧 this gave me motivation to keep going tbh Day3: 63.4. Atp I’m starting to think it might be just water weight??? But this diet is going sooooo well so far 🫣

Trying my own diet I was always the cubby girl. And i’ve never ever felt confident in my skin + i have social anxiety bc of my body. I am ready to change that, i failed for 10 years but it has to end. age:18 height:173 current weight:90.4 goal weight 1️⃣: 85 i weight myself in the morning before any meals and after pee 27.09.2024: 90.4 (ate 566 kcal) 28.09.2024: 88.7 ( ate 1589 kcal i am fucking disgusting and its too late to throw it all off i have no idea what to do. Its too late to go on a jog.

hiii! love the video! I don't know if you still want some tips on make your pasta aldente, but you should boil the water first, add the amount of salt you want after the boiling and only then add the pasta, if you hydrate before boiling it will be lose so much faster and wont be cooked, and you can try to cut the pasta against the pan with a fork to see if its aldent :)

Intial weight : 65.6kg 1st day - Ate 2 eggs (breakfast) Star fruit For lunch i ate 2 eggs 2nd day (63.9kg) Ate 2 eggs, star fruit (breakfast at 10.am) Ate 2 eggs and some pieces of watermelon for lunch Day 3 (63.6) Ate 2 eggs and a few pieces of watermelon Lunch : 2 tomatoes (I had to eat some kfc :) ) chicken Therefore i worked out chloe tings 15 min weight loss vid twice that day. So i think it wouldnt matter :) Day 4 (62.9) Ate 2 eggs and a tomato Ate some watermelon pieces Day 5 (62.5) Ate 2 eggs and 1 banana Ate some tomatoes (Broke my fast in the evening) Day 6 (61.9)

If you’re not eating enough then it slows your metabolism down to keep your body running. Go on Google, search « tdee calculator » to see your maintenance calories then subtract 3-400 from it. That’s your deficit in which you should be eating at for weight loss. Also look into reverse dieting to start speeding your metabolism up
