Very interesting. Your Mav R also has a disconnect sprag which is very cool. I know you know that but for me it was interesting to hear some of the reasons for having a disconnect.

I'm surprised to see this much surface level PR rather than something more scientific showing comparisons.

If I read M-I-C-H-E-L-I-N on the side of my tire I am as happy as when I read A-M-S-O-I-L on the side of an oil bottle.😄

Upper cylinder lubricant causes oil dilution. Fuel starts building up in the oil and the oil level rises so I stopped using it hen everything returned to normal.

Man the LS is such an old engine and I get it they're a great engine with great power but I cant believe people are still paying so much for them.

After the 10-15 idle with the engine flush, is it olay to then drive the car about 40 yards into the mechanics garage so they can do the oil change immediately after?

How do you honestly track, drag and road test. A engine on the dyno. Your not getting those g forces left,right front back. I know how it works. But a dyno spec for everything. But that in a car like a corvette just for fun. I'd say your results might have differed some. Im not a expert but this but I think the results may have varied. And btw I'm a huge gm fan I grew up on them

I spent 20 years in the Military as a "gunners mate". We used the best products to protect our fire arms both small caliber and large caliber including 5in guns. I tried the cleaner and the lubricant on my personal guns and gave a sample to some friends to test. This is definitely the best lubricant and protection I have personally ever used. Easy to apply, cleans deep, and absorbs into the metal not leaving an oily residue, last even when stored for leghnthy periods of time. I love this product and plan to make it part of the amsoil line that i believe will be beneficial to the average enthusiast .

So when finding a vacume source. You pull the hose off. But that wont effect the readings? You dont need to t into it to get a accurate reading? Idk im just a bit confused by these things. Some people t into a line. Others are just pulling the line off and putting the single gauge line on.

My Yamaha dirt bike manual says 30:1. Can I mix Amsoil 2 stroke at this oil?
@AMSOILinc
@AMSOILinc Ай бұрын
Hello Johnny, You surely can mix at the OEM recommended ratio, based on what your owner's manual recommends with no issues. We'd recommend starting with your recommended ratio, and then adjust from there based on how the application performs.

I'm completely blow away that Amsoil acknowledged and broadcasted their gratitude towards the trophy they received. There are a lot of companies out there who wouldn't have been bothered and probably put the trophy in the bin. This really says a lot about Amsoil and that they are decent people and make a good quality product without being smug about it. You have done a good image for your company.

Howdy AMSOIL - Curious as to why, after the fill, the upper plug is reinstalled before the lower plug. Shouldn't replacing the lower plug _first_ keep more of the new fluid from draining out?

Iam probably the only one here saying this but I'm very anal on my 2021 pro xp I've always used polaris oil and my avg temp was 178 then I switch to amsoil and on the trials it runs over 185 degrees and I have to go over 30 to cool it down. Is this normal cause with the polaris oil it seems to hold a 178 temp better. What gives?
