@ I’m not sure what you are talking about. The blazer EV has regen braking and the gas car might charge the 12v as it drives and a hybrid is a gas car.
@hectorl785725 күн бұрын
@@carolinebray82 the 2015 Chevy volt came with a 1.5 liter engine that automatically started whenever the ev battery needed recharging while driving. But that engine never provided power to the wheels. The wheels were driven exclusively by electric motors. You could also charge that same vehicle like a regular EV.

I have been driving Leafs since they first came out. One of my favorite things is that you don't need to wait for it to warm up. Of course, it takes a few minutes for the cabin to warm up if you don't bother to preheat but the heater puts out heat almost instantly. You don't need to run it and run it just to get some heat. Now my problem is it is just starting to get warm when I pull in the garage. OK not a big problem.

Very capable EV vehicle. Consumers are so polarized with EV transportation vs. Fuel cars. We ARE in the modular future as it relates to EV technology, and full self driving vehicles. This video is icing on the cake, at what this technology vehicle can do. I admire the security, safety, reliability, and technology driving my occupants in this vehicle, vs. all the other vehicles in my lifetime that I’ve encountered and experienced. Nothing comes close to protecting yourself and fellow passengers while driving down the road in a damn CT! Excellent video! Beautiful scenery! Lastly, this vehicle isn’t for the consumer who can’t PLAN. You must be proficient at basic driving, navigation, and PLANNING skills before getting behind the wheel of this RIG!

Not cheap, but it's good to dry run the experience. I did the same thing with my Bolt and my daughters Bolt. If you would supercharge more than 2-3 times per month, it would be worth getting the membership for $12.99/mo. You can hop on for road trips, then hop off when you get back home. Ditto for Electrify America.
