This could be my second and most anticipated comic book movie of 2025, the way things are going with Marvel Studios, I would love for DC to beat them at their own game. Right now, I feel like Sloth from The Goonies 😊.

Finally got to this one too! I had heard a lot of negatives on this season but it’s been fun going into this last episode. It’s not first season level, Viserys was just an amazing character that was so wonderful to follow his journey, but it’s still good. Did you never review the 8th episode of season 2? Jw, I searched for it on your channel and didn’t find it. In any event hope you in all enjoyed the season and are looking forward to season 3!

I also saw this movie a while back, and I was expecting to hate it, because it’s not well regarded, but besides the special effects, yeah I don’t blame people to be terrified of it, but I like Michael Keaton, he makes the material work, RIP Kelly Preston. It’s a fine movie, I also wished there was a different story line too. 😊.

Me too, I kind of hated the ending where he does turn into Michael, he had that power all along? I get why that is there, but they don’t explain his powers, and what he can or can’t do. Yeah, this movie went over my head too, especially the humor for adults. I believe it came out in my birth year, yeah it did lol.

I remember really wanting to see Jack Frost as a kid but I never did. Ah well probably won’t at this point. By the way that cheese you all are pulling it’s pronounced like ‘Lester’. Famous area of England and that’s at least how they pronounce it and I’ve never heard any American differences.

Christmas Vacation is a must watch every year! I’m a Wisconsinite, but I love the Blackhawks. Also I would recommend trying Alaskan “Winter Ale” idk if it’s available by you. I personally think it has the perfect amount of spruce flavor cheers! 🍻

So Jim Carrey will star in Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and he said something about The Mask or The Grinch, maybe both? 😂. But yeah, The Grinch is just one of my favorite characters in the Holidays, it’s my favorite Seuss character, and I warmed up to the Ron Howard movie, but the Chuck Jones short is just a classic, I love everything about it, the animation, You’re a Mean One Mr Grinch sung by Tony the Tiger, Boris’ narration, and man does that ending so great, I haven’t seen the Illumination film starring Cumberbatch but I want to add it to the collection just because I love the character, and yes I have a stuffed Grinch every Christmas, I love it 🥰. Maybe Christmas, perhaps means a little bit more. 🥹

I just keep enjoying the drama of the show. I audibly yelped when Alicent and Helaena were hastily escorted from the Sept and it seemed like some of the small folk were getting their hands on them. It’s been so fascinating watching her and her dad who felt so assured by their plans watch it all crumble as her sons and the power structure around them just start to dominate and dismantle any route for any level of peace. Stoked for the last two episodes.

Finally got to this one! Interesting take on the Rhaenys moment - I really thought she went into the battle kind of…being ok with dying? Maybe she was more self-assured than I’m thinking but it did seem they were framing her as kind of grimly aware of a poor outcome for the battle. But you’re right all the same that it was a poor move flying over the castle and doesn’t reflect well on someone who maybe should be tactically better. In the end I really enjoyed the episode and still am finding it to have some great characters. Super intrigued by what’s happening to Dameon at Harrenhal kind of losing his mind.

2005? You mean 1992. 😂. Tim Curry is the best part of that movie. We made fun of the Herbert Hoover line last year, it’s so good, and that’s right Derek, #47 is in the movie. I don’t like editing his cameo when I watch it on TV. At least you have your VHS, I no longer have mine, I have them replaced by DVD, or Blu-Ray, well they were mostly Disney movies. At least this would be the last movie with the original cast. Didn’t Buzz appear in the latest? Home Alone 3 was played in theaters, what gives? I know Roger liked that one.

Yeah, I just saw the review again where I discovered that, and I wish I was dreaming it, but yeah. None of the cast members came back, but the characters did, Kevin, Buzz, Kate, Peter, and Marv, who is played by French Stewart, Kevin’s parents are separated and it goes down hill from there. It sounds like bad fan fiction. I don’t know how many movies there are any more. 😢

I like the double meaning of the title The Family Stone. I don't know that it becomes Rachel McAdam's movie at the end, but that it was necessary to show her winning over the brat of the family. As for the doughnuts, I think I'd go with the holiday custard. 🙂

I see it as Sarah Jessica Parker’s movie, so it’s odd to me that it doesn’t end on her… but we needed to close out Diane Keaton, and SJP wasn’t the right character to do that with.

I finally got around to commenting here!! I'm sorry I suggested you should do this but never got around to actually engaging with the videos. At the time my intention was 100% to watch the show but we ended up just watching episode 1 and then we went off the deep-end trying to finish basically everything tied to Walking Dead. What a journey that was. Anyway I just wrapped up episode 3 and I know you have the hindsight of how things turn out this season but I'll just say I largely like the show at this point still. I really am glad Alicent finally had her moment processing the truth but the moment was definitely wedged in the story a bit hammy. But it worked OK in the end. Anyway going to watch your vids along the way as I finally finishing watching the remaining episodes.
