This looks pretty decent. Much slower paced than I was expecting, but that might be okay. Shame there's not more brainwork required for the actual detectiving, cost for getting things wrong, etc. Oh, & I enjoy how using the comms means doing the Francis York Morgan thing with your hand.

I've had a vasectomy awake and it wasn't THAT bad. Dentist is worse. You don't have to watch. I laid back and just listened to a staff playlist of Taylor Swift so I now associate the Anti-Hero album with my balls. The recovery was the worst part but I only kept getting nauseous like someone had punched me in the crotch if I shifted incorrectly for about a week. Sack up and Do it Bro! 😛 And don't forget the ice 🧊

This game is the child of Halo, Destiny, Dome and AOT and it is free. feels like a movie than a game with the number of cut scenes seems AI is not that great. Hopefully they will update the AI. it looks really good

Ah man. Reminds me of when I got lost in riven!! Riven requires you to be a student of it's world. A very demanding puzzle game, unlike any other.

I love Riven, and the VR mode is good, but lacking in my opinion. Specifically, why did they not have a physical polaroid style camera and a physical notebook?!! This game basically requires you to make copious amounts of notes, and making it difficult in VR makes it a more fiddly experience then playing it on a desktop with a notepad next to you irl. I think I may be a little bit biased being a VR dev, but I think I could have helped do it right!! I should phone cyan and offer to do it...

Riven is my favourite of the old school myst games. Shame I haven’t got a machine that will play the new version. They’ve simplified the fire marble puzzle a bit since the previous game. It used to be that you had to map the position of the domes on each island then place the corresponding marble in the grid at the position of its dome where it maps to the map of the islands. The grid looks a lot simpler now.

This is why I love watching Ian's streams! I'm very analytical and had copious notes while playing Riven and was frustratedly pulling my hair out. Ian does things very differently and by how far he has gotten, is a great example of the strength of instinctive intuitive thinking. It's something I try to implement more in my thinking. Thanks Ian!

From watching other people playing this game I'm fairly sure that different characters have different attributes. The guy in brown (who Rae played) is slower but maybe the strongest? One of the characters can jump higher and one is faster not sure about the other one 😅
