I think I may have done this. I was walking up my steps yesterday to go inside and I slammed my hand into the railing when I went to set it down for balance. Hurt like hell for a good 30 minutes but went away. This morning my pinky is clicking when I close my fist, and it’s quite sore.

Dislocated my left shoulder last year during a football game and started playing again in few week later and it's dislocated 3times after the first happened, just last week i ended up dislocating the right shoulder also 😢, I'm now useless Please i don't know what to do someone help me

same situation as me bro, i dislocated my left shoulder for the first time while skating and its dislocated another 4 times since then ever since 2021. in 2023 i dislocated my right shoulder as well as i was getting up from my bed and a few days ago i dislocated my right shoulder again after lifting my arm above my head. I am scheduled to do a surgery on my left shoulder soon and then my right one and I know its an extremely painful and annoying condition but thankfully we can do surgery to heal

I punched the wall and I immediately felt something broke, i didn't take any x rays, i just immobilize it and after around 2 months it doesn't hurt that bad anymore..

It was a watershed moment. The fracture in the head region can be problematic due to limited blood supply. The wrist’s scaphoid bone is a bit similar in the fact of its high percentage of articulation surface is limited in blood vessels accessible area. Trade offs for incredible range of motion joints. They will heal but require special attention to immobilization techniques.

I gotten my shoulder dislocation from trying to get out from a hockey rink that was half flooded that was also near the gateway to get in because of a bottle I saw from the inside. That I ended up falling on the ground and hit my shoulder that got dislocated that I ended up having to go to the hospital to get it pop in and ended up having to wear a shoulder Brace for like 2 weeks and I can't go over at the gym for my Wednesday's since I have to wait for a year for my shoulder to fully healed.. like oof it sure wasn't a great thing to me. In April that I wasn't able to bottle hunt for a while and can't even bother to go over the gym for a day as another hobby for me that I learn not to risk getting bottles that I just Will play it safe just to look for bottles that are just on the grounds not in deep places that I just don't want to get in another accident ever again.

I understand you… I dislocated my shoulder while trying to turn off my alarm clock. I’m really scared that it might happen again, or even happen to my other shoulder… I pray for the both of us that those accidents will remain in the past and never happen ever again 🙏

Yes, thank you for the explanation. Just has my first steroid injection this week, due to "severe degenerative AC joint disease." I have a tear, but it's incomplete. Medical Insurers in California will not approve a repair unless the tear is complete. After 3 injections, a shoulder arthroscopy can obtain approval by insurance. Physical Therapy is helping strengthen auxillary shoulder muscles.

In the original mock up (normal hip), the cam bone will never reach the socket bone. It isn't until you add in all that extra bone for the pincer socket region that those bones come anywhere near. I am skeptical of how much bone you need to add to the neck of the femur before they make contact with anything in the hip joint itself.

Ive been living with my little friend for over 20 years. 😂 Lucky enough its on the interior wrist near the thumb so it just looks like the bone bump there. It's fine and small at times. But with extra activity it grows and puts terrible pressure on an artery to the hand. Pulsing pain! The resection of the fluid by the doc is cool, completely clear fluid! Blew my mind

My sister while on Machu Pichu, doing up side down standing on uneven terrain, it happened. She had mri and xrays when it happened, they apply the Cast and took x rays to confirm correct alignment. Back home 11 days later x rays to see progress in the healing, it looks all right. The md recomended fallow up x rays every 2 weeks. She will see a hands ortopidic specialist in 10 days. How much radiation is safe ?
