Honestly, anything Fromsoftware made from demonsouls to now but especially dark souls 3 that game helped me push through the most depressing times in my life. Every time I feel awful, it's always there for me. My second pick is Katana Zero, I love the story so much, and the combat is incredible. After I beat this game, it gave me confidence to try other things in my life.

I don't get Outer Wilds. I finished and found it very boring and tedious game. Also one part of the game is not working as intended on pc and makes you feel like you are going the wrong way

Inside and Little Nightmares 1 and 2. I've made 5 different people play through Inside just so I could watch them experience what I did. Also Realm of the Mad God but 13 years ago.

Outer Worlds. Amazing game to discover things. I absolutely loved how weird it is those 23 minutes or so. Disco Elysium. Good game but WAY WAY TOO MUCH TEXT. It ofter bored and annoyed me. Also the game music and story is depressing as hell. I enjoyed it and hated it at the same time.

The way you described outer wilds, to me the equivalent would be Subnautica. I remember ppl telling me about the game but I’ve never been into the survival crafting type of game so I dismissed it for the longest time. I finally gave it a chance during COVID, and man was I missing out on that game. I have yet to play outer wilds. I started it once before and I just gave up after not knowing what to do, however, I’ve heard so many ppl praising the game, that I will for sure be giving it a 2nd chance.

Had a similar experience with Talos Principle 1 & 2, especially 2. Awe-inspiring scale in several ways. The main megastructure as well as sooooo many environments and statues, truly beautiful alongside the philosophical, existential, and beautiful story. Highly recommend giving those games your time.

You're so on point with disco elysium, I first played it at the start of 2023, replayed it the following year, and now I've just finished my third playthrough. It's not just a game, It's an experience that fundamentally shaped me in ways I didn't realize at the time. there were moments in my life when I'd catch myself thinking like the protagonist's mind. imagining those inner voices narrating my thoughts. that's how much it left its mark on me. disco elysium is without a doubt, a masterclass in exploring the human experience. if I could erase my memory and relive its revelations for the first time again, I wouldn't not only give it a second thought, I'd run headlong into that world, ready to be broken and remade all over again. Great video man. with such a high quality video editing and narrating, I'm surprised you only have 5k subscribers.

The game I wish I could play again for the first time is The Witcher 3. Easily my favorite game of all time. I can't help but compare every game to it since then and none come close. It nearly ruined video games for me. Cyberpunk 2077 is second.

Honestly I have had a very similar fascination with superstructures. I remember when I made it to the top of Five Pebbles for the first time. I was gathering food, when I realized the rain was about to set in. I tried making it back to my shelter before the rain came and I was almost too late. The timer reached 0 and I heard the grumbling, but I didn't see rain. I waited for a moment, and still nothing. I stepped outside and saw no rain. At first I thought that the rain was glitched, until I looked out at the horizon and the realization kicked in. I'm *above* the rain. (For context, on my first playthrough I did not discover Five Pebbles by going up the wall, I went up the other way through unfortunate development)
