Early SV 4x plasma, later 6x plasma + 4x rail gun. For a CV I find the laser cannons to be useless, so I use positron, laser and later plasma turrets. For real dps add the max number of heavy blasters. They rip through shields and blocks and have splash damage. They also use cheap ammo. Cheers

Try the exploration sites in space. Green triangles, I think. Should find more data chips. Nice nutmeg on the overseer.

The Aft turret signal logic is fouled up. Turn signal logic off & back on again and make sure the Turrets signal is yellow. The Aft turret is meant to retract when the signal for the ramp & Door is truggered.

Ive always found Data Chips in the data cache boxes, never seen a schematic before

Maybe you should add a type of exit in on the flight deck?

I used the Hayabusa on one of my playthroughs, it really surprised me on how far I actually used it. I found myself looking for a bigger ship, but was always like, "oh, i can just add 'xxxx' here and that'll do..." lol. Its a really good ship, nice choice. I, in fact, used it all the way up into late game and instead of bringing in a new ship, i just saved the BP I had built up, salvaged it, & brought it through to the Decay cluster. No complaints, and it looks awesome

You might want to reconfigure the shields key. On keyboards, x is easily hit by mistake, as i know to well! Nice to see a new ship on the horizon.

You'll need a dedicated endgame combat ship to take on the tianlong.Stay behind it, take down it's shields, then the thrusters to slow it down then keep drilling it up the ass with artillery until you hit the core while backing off if your sheilds get low.

Never saw that UCH beacon before. That's pretty handy to have.

I use a similar loadout on both sv and cv. Positron , laser and missile turrets. Plus manual firing guns. 6 artillery guns on cv. Lots of cpu needed.

To sort out the temp. inside your ship, (using default keys) hit "N" and go to the Debug Tab, then turn on "Show Oxygen" - the black diamonds show you where you have leaks and the blue diamonds are good. Show airtight blocks can also be pretty useful to sort out leaks... Loving the play-through 👍

I'm still binge watching to catch up, but that was a good run! Showed the efficiency and effectiveness of some weapons. That thunderbolt was THE weapon for that scenario. Incendiary minigun, not so much. Fun times.

At the end when you were overheating in your landing bay, you might have a hull breach somewhere. It went away once you were on the bridge, just a thought.

Just a suggestion - to avoid wasting ammo, add a regular detector on the far left side of your ship (left, as you're facing forward) - the hot bar is auto populated based on a left to right order. As long as the detector is further left than your artillery, it'll be in the first position on your ships hot bar...

Found this in a forum post by ravien_ff from a while back: You need to update the PDA for your save game. Please see the workshop troubleshooting thread that has the steps to do this, as well as the potential risks. Was for a bug with this quest, not sure if it's still relevant

You must ɓe regretting that CV choice, surely. That's a stupid amount of block glitches.

Maybe logging out then back in may solve the problem?

You're going to want AOE Weapons before you get to the next chapter of the dead worlds. The simulation is endless waves of level 2 abomination, spiters, scorpion, and whatnot.

Tian long is a tough fight. Loads of goodies onboard including a quantum core . But you wisely backed out. Rich asteroid mining was the way forward for me.

I had the same experience with that uch ship. Either it's bugged or it's not activated.

Those Bandit ships have Colonist weapons on them, pretty good weapons at a very low CPU cost, you should really take the whole block when salvaging the weapons from those ships.

Hire a stocker, makes life much easier. I agree with you, I’m not sure what it is but this game is very addictive and fun. That and I got frustrated fighting the Legacy so taking a little break from Empyrion.

the Superconductors are for upgrading most turrets to heavy turrets, they are sometimes used as Trader unlock commodity and they are used for advanced things like Fusion Reactor and the bigger shield parts for example

The Karana POI’s are challenging, I like the drone base. The Archives are the hardest but the loot sucks. Cool ship.
