Your explanation makes much more sense! So you pretty much sit on it and use the hot warm water to keep the basin water hot! But I don’t necessarily think this way is the wrong way either. As long as the area being affected is being stimulated I think that’s all that matters in the end

At the end of the day as long as the area giving you discomfort is having some sort of stimulation whether it’s by having to sit on the warm water so having it sprayed continuously by the tip nozzle then that’s all that matters
