Benefits of Sleeping on Water Pillows

When i sleep my hip sometimes hurts. Could i use the pillow under my hip if side sleeping?

Yes, you may put cold water in the pillow. However we don't recommend putting ice in the pillow as amongst other things, it will melt and may release air that is trapped within the ice and could lead to a sloshing noise.

Great question! The water-based inside the pillow may help to keep your head and neck cool, however this would also depend on the ambient temperature of the room you sleep in.
