I love TVR. They're crazy. They are passionate. These are unique works of art on wheels. Their shape is unique. Many cars look crazy on the outside but boring on the inside. Here, the interiors are sometimes even crazier and more beautiful. Ohhh how I love these cars.

Mr. Lamborghini sold the company about 30years ago for a dumping price !, the reason why he build sports cars was , he said to himself : if I build tractors I can make a sports car “, it’s literally a motorbike with 4 wheels where someone got the idea to put two doors on it . Unlike other companies , they don’t give a damn if u wanna keep it alive , all they want is your money !, it’s all up left to you , if u wanna have one & drive one , if u are more than a short time show up guy ! But thank u Paul for the vid , anyway ! & don’t drive too fast in Italy , they take away your licence , u know life is not always what it seems in da first place ❤️ (example) : even if a lambo is today literally considered an Audi with a lambo-sign on it , the simplest parts will still today cost at least 10times more than usually , if u will get them at all , yes brembo makes the brakes , but they made a contract with brembo so u can only get the brakes with Lamborghini at 3 to for times the price , it’s just a hype , it’s just a lot of trouble & dirty work to keep the car alive if u wanna love & own one to drive . To love , own & drive often , than u are one of the special few guys in da world , to most the vehicle is just a money investigation to look at & sell it at their right time !

@@allanfiedler9645 what ever he wanted to get rid of it (shame on me) , I own a Diablo myself , but not for sell , so it’s not an original lambo no more it’s no my own Diablo , I put hard work into it , I get dirty fingers , it’s my I Diablo . The brake system does cost with Lamborghini twice as much as a complete surround carbon ceramic braking system , & that’s stupid u know !? u know what I don’t like , people forget “ it is still just a car nothing really mysterious 😇 ( u learn that if u have to fix it yourself)

Is the 25 year rule based on when that particular car was registered or the first car of that model?

Your 20 rule means a bunch more TVR models are becoming available for import. I can see why this particular one was imported though. It's the Swordfish car as well as the most gorgeous car in Grand Tourismo 2, the dream car of many elder millennials. Give it a few more years and get yourself a Sagaris. It's same straight 6 but at 4.0l, 400HP and still super lightweight, so sub 4 second 0-60.

Thanks for posting this video with a great sound track! What a f’in experience for sure! Great job of capturing both, you represented the Murci very well. I have an ’04 E-gear, which will still give an awesome experience, but it’s just not a manual. Planning to convert my E-gear to gated manual at some point.

The engine was designed by an F1 engineer. It's said to be super reliable as long a you let it warm up and give it the proper 6K & 12k services.
@stevesas6326 ай бұрын
😂 super reliable is a stretch when describing the Speed 6, as they had a few design flaws & often needed rebuilds on low miles. It's very hard to say whether all properly warmed up & serviced examples are reliable, as it's difficult to know what each previous owner has done now. I'm no hater by the way, I've just bought my first ever TVR, but I sure have my fingers crossed.
@paulwood67296 ай бұрын
@@stevesas632 You're right, I missed the context of rebuilt engines being reliable as the first variants were terrible. That said, due to time they should've all been rebuilt or died by now just through the impact of time. A good quality service history is everything!

Greetings from Scotland, I have a 4 litre Tuscan. Originally you couldn’t open the bonnet as it was bolted down for some reason, the one you have there has had a conversion. Mine hasn’t and I have never seen the engine which is just as well in my case as I let the specialist do the servicing! There is no ABS but it doesn’t seem to need it. Power is good, I have had wheelspin at 70 miles an hour in third gear. I have owned the car for 14 years and I will never sell it. Pleased you enjoyed your drive. 😄

You're a natural presenter. I think if you can find ways of making the experience of driving the car relatable - what other car does it feel like, how does the steering weight feel - opposed to what you like/dislike then you will go far
