TVR SAGARIS - Part 2 now with FULL POWER! MENTAL FAST!

The first time I drove this Sagaris I thought it was fast and yet it the throttle bodies were not fully opening limiting it's horsepower. Now jump in the car with me and DRIVE THIS AWAKENDED BEAST!

Is the 25 year rule based on when that particular car was registered or the first car of that model?
