I was diagnosed with all three together. They say it’s mild but it’s noticeable and causes pain. I hate my body and i don’t know what to do.

To manage spinal conditions like kyphosis, lordosis, and scoliosis, incorporating specific exercises into daily routines can be highly effective. You could get an assessment and recommendations from a trained physiotherapist. In general, for kyphosis, exercises such as shoulder blade squeezes, thoracic extensions, and upper back stretches help improve posture and strengthen supporting muscles. For lordosis, core-strengthening exercises like planks, pelvic tilts, and bridges can reduce strain on the lumbar spine. In cases of scoliosis, exercises that focus on spinal flexibility and symmetry, like cat-cow stretches, lateral stretches, and Schroth-based techniques, are recommended. Research supports that these exercises can improve posture, decrease pain, and increase functional capacity in individuals with spinal curvatures .

Actually it’s parallel to the scaption plane, not perpendicular. It’s an AP glide but slightly angled laterally to reflect the orientation of the glenoid.

very well explained. your description of the facet joint behaviour for cervical rotation is what im unable to put into perspective. my intuitive understanding of that description is more for side flexion. where they glide up and down on each other with unilateral compression and contralateral spacing. however, for rotation would i be wrong to presume less of that and more of spin glide upon each other? in which case it may warrant an alternative correction.
