What was a better grand final win 1990? 2010? Or 2023?

The ball was in, the goal umpire said it was in, ABC footage has been analysed and it shows that it is in. Collingwood are just sore losers. Who do you blame for 1966, 1977 and 1981? Mcconville should have had a mark anyway which resulted in a Collingwood goal so don't cry too hard.

The AFL has tried hard for you and other clubs who have gone a long time with no success. It won't be long before St Kilda get across the line. Demons, dogs, cats, swans, tigers, north, hawks and Lions have been able to celebrate since the mid 90s so the draft and salary cap are doing their job. I think 2009 or 2010 was your year but didn't quite make it.

Geelong had a much better balanced side in 92 that they did in 89. Had a great chance for a flag in 91 and 92. As a club they learnt a lot about club culture and what was needed to dominate an era that Mark Thompson and Brian Cook would put together a decade later. It was a shame for these group of fabulous players though they didnt a get a flag. Blight salvaged a couple a few years later with the Crows

An excellent "get-square" victory by Carlton...After the bitter, violent loss at the 1973 grand final and the wasted years of 1975/76 Carlton finally were fully recovered in 1979...Not only that they won a further two flags including this game...the Tigers tried to play like it was 1973 and thankfully it failed miserably this time around The 1982 grand final signaled the beginning of a very dark time for Richmond who almost went extinct....great restoration as per usual Raleigh...

Hawks had a near perfect season in 86. - Top of the ladder - Day premiers - Night premiers - Brownlow medallist There also was a Championship trophy at the end of season between all the premiers in all the comps across the country (ie VFL, SANFL, WAFL, etc) & hawks won that too plus also won an overseas carnival.

Watching these young blokes play today...Dear God...they take three steps, and these female 'trainers' are running out giving them a drink. How fantastically piss weak these blokes are these days. And those goal umpires looked like they had a Ph.D in goal umpiring. Unlike these schlumps these days that look like they work part time in an op shop! And it is the reason I have zero interest in what used to be the most exciting, and the toughest game on the planet. RIP, AFL!

It was a great game in an era when footy was at its best, when the game was tougher, faster, better skills and more direct. Not like these days when game is slow at times, kicking backwards sideways boredom.
