I can't believe there were people clapping in the moment of silence before the last movement. It's just disrespectful.

I think the organ at the beginning of the third movement should be with much more speed. the tempo is lower than normal. The rest of the piece is fantastic

One of a few I prefer on the original (snes) There is just something amazing about that version and this arrangement didn't really capture it sadly (I love 90% of Distant Worlds btw)

So crazy how so many things have to come together to make this happen. Yet it was written for the SNES......

I’m so obsessed with this track, it’s amazing. Even though I don’t really know this specific FF game this is one of my favorite ost’s from all games.
literally the plane that was supposed to modernize the dc10 but twin jets were more in favor, but very satisfying footage and the amazing sound of the ge cf6-80c2 engines

I don’t any think FF would have been as epic as it is now if it weren’t for Uematsu’s dedication and talent towards this franchise. The guy could’ve made just an average soundtrack but they guy went Beethoven and Mozart. It also proves that gifted people don’t need modern tech to create a masterpiece. He made this track on a 16 bit console people!!

Just imagine being there, listening as an audience. Now, just imagine being there, playing as an orchestra. Now, just imagine being there, performing that organ solo. Now, just imagine being there having composed that theme. All those glory themes. Nobuo Uematsu, the creator of a Universe full of goosebumps.

you know im sure this was a cheery song back in its day, but hearing it now it just feels sad knowing the fate, like this was the turning point where it all went wrong for the massmarket british car industry. this new super-conglomerate that was meant to save it that just died in a few years. its really kind of tragic.

Dancing Mad on the SNES was interpreted by a lot of people, even Uematsu himself, as "using crayons to paint the Sistine Chapel".
