Great question Saliha. Please check the variable settings and make sure it is a numeric variable. You cannot find mean, median or mode for non-numeric variables

What an awesome video! I will watch this over and over again. But six, how do enter a question that likert scale direct into SPSS?

Great question. To enter likert scale data into SPSS, simply Go to the "Variable View" tab in SPSS. In the "Name" column, enter a clear and descriptive name for each Likert scale question. In the "Label" column, add a more detailed explanation of the variable if needed. Under "Values," click to define the numerical codes for each response category on your Likert scale (e.g., 1 = "Strongly Disagree", 2 = "Disagree", etc.). Then in the data view you can enter your data for each respondent according to their selection. I hope this helps?

I would say that MODE is probably the best measure of central tendency since outliers can strongly affect the accuracy of actual centrality in the mean and median.
