To your question asked in the video, the best measure of central tendency and dispersion is the mean and standard deviation. In any symmetrical distribution as shown in the graph/plot, the mean, median, and mode are equal but the mean is widely preferred and the best due to it been the measure that includes all the values in the data set for calculation in comparison to the median or mode. Since the mean, median, and mode are all close to each other, it suggests that your data may be fairly symmetrically distributed without extreme outliers. In such a scenario, any of these measures could be reasonable to use as a measure of central tendency. However, if you suspect that your data may be skewed or contain outliers, it's often safer to use the median, as it is less affected by extreme values. If your data is symmetrically distributed and does not contain outliers, the mean can also be a suitable choice. The mode can be informative, but it's less commonly used as the sole measure of central tendency, especially in continuous data.

I think the data is skewed to the right cos the mean is greater than the other two measures of central tendency which actually coincide suggesting that the median may be the better measure but the significance is best analysed objectively testing for normality which can be done to confirm if normally distributed using the Kormogorov-Smirnoff or Shapiro-Wick. If its not significant then its normally distributed and the mean can be used but if significant, I'll go for the median as my measure of central tendency.
