Hot oven 180-200 degrees Celsius for 2-4 minutes. Put your ice in a tray on the bottom and your roll on different tray on the middle or top shelf. Check with a little squeeze.🔥

Activated carbon... Very occasionally as for your mayo with oignons and terragon (which is probably tasty) it's definitly not a béarnaise wich has has a reduction called a gastrique (white wine & terragon vinager & oignons & parsly+terragon reduction) egg yokes then mounted with hot clarified butter! Sorry for my english i'm a belgian chef/cook (french is my mother tongue). You would not call a beer or a whiskey something that you can drink that has the same color right?! So Please don't call a mayo with mustard & oignons a Béarnaise! Cheers from Belgium 😉 Edit a toast is not a sandwich ! You guys love cooking and eating you just lack training so a free advice --> Less is more, let the ingredients talk for themselves (too much industrial saus here !

It removes the milk solids that would usually smoke and burn when used as a cooking fat, so clarified butter is great for cooking over a high heat. We cooked a flatbread in it (full video on our channel).
