Focaccia Bread Ingredients
1kg Strong Flour
2 sachets of dried yeast/ 30g fresh yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
150ml olive oil
150ml white wine
350ml warm water (not above 42 degrees Celsius /107 degrees Fahrenheit)
