It’s nice to see a Director giving the prequels some credit and respect it deserves. Jon favreau is definitely one of the better writers we have for Star Wars nowadays, together with Dave and Toby. It’s just too bad Disney’s executives keep getting themselves too much involved in their works, as soon it gets successful

We all know George didn’t write Star Wars, Empire or Jedi and they were great stories directed well.
