Fortunately I have many Japanese friends and I use the phone number of one of them ! Fortunately I speak Japanese and it was easier to book a reservation! But you have to know that furigana is not the latin letters... It's mean you have to write your names with Japanese characters ^^ But on the confirmation email it's our Latin name which is mentioned. I'm so happy to get a reservation !

Thank you so much for this! i wished i saw it at the time since it was so difficult to find out how to fill out the form correctly but im glad there's videos here for other people. I was able to just about get the day i wanted (in 2 weeks) and completed the form in 1-2 minutes, by the time it got to 3 minutes passed nearly all the slots were booked up. Anyways i wish everyone luck for the next reservation and I highly recommend having some auto-fill and practice before hand

We lost out on getting a reservation this morning. We had multiple devices and the second it hit six every single opportunity said unavailable when you clicked on it even though the box was clickable. It has to be riddled with bots since a human is unable to fill it in that fast. We tried again and again at every 10min past when they open the cancelled slots and the same thing happened. At least the cafe has some takeaway options and theres a kirby sweets shop but im gutted. Pokémon cafe and even the Ghibli park was way easier to book than this

The No colour no flavour can be mixed with cordials or any of the flavours you can get with like a soda stream. It is also nice by it self or if you carbonate and refrigerate it, it tastes a lot like a lemonade. Shame about the Jelly🤔 to be fair though, you aren’t 4 years old any more!😂
