How to book the KIRBY CAFE in Japan & what to expect

Hi from Paris ! Thank you for your video ! I booked a reservation at Kirby Cafe Tokyo for the 11 of September ! Thank You ! KCT didn't accept my hotel phone number.... It was denied ... Fortunately I have many Japanese friends and I use the phone number of one of them ! Fortunately I speak Japanese and it was easier to book a reservation! But you have to know that furigana is not the latin letters... It's mean you have to write your names with Japanese characters ^^ But on the confirmation email it's our Latin name which is mentioned. I'm so happy to get a reservation !

Thank you so much for this! i wished i saw it at the time since it was so difficult to find out how to fill out the form correctly but im glad there's videos here for other people. I was able to just about get the day i wanted (in 2 weeks) and completed the form in 1-2 minutes, by the time it got to 3 minutes passed nearly all the slots were booked up. Anyways i wish everyone luck for the next reservation and I highly recommend having some auto-fill and practice before hand

We lost out on getting a reservation this morning. We had multiple devices and the second it hit six every single opportunity said unavailable when you clicked on it even though the box was clickable. It has to be riddled with bots since a human is unable to fill it in that fast. We tried again and again at every 10min past when they open the cancelled slots and the same thing happened. At least the cafe has some takeaway options and theres a kirby sweets shop but im gutted. Pokémon cafe and even the Ghibli park was way easier to book than this

Just keep refreshing and keep trying. Also hopefully your Tokyo days are a bit flexible so you can go with whatever time there is. It’s tough and it sucks. Hope you do get in!

i was able to get the day i wanted but not the time, to be honest i just clicked everywhere until i got an available time for the day i wanted. I then was able to auto fill the information (i tested it out a few day before on the Osaka website) which really helped cut down the time to fill in information. I also had a page open to fill in my name in Katakana too. (though maybe mine wasnt as difficult since i was booking for 1 person rather than booking for a group)

What im worried abt is if you can actually order vegetarian versions or dishes and remove the meat. Seeing the menu im more interested in the meals rather than desserts... idk if you can say that youre vegetarian in the allergy option or if i want to order the burgers can i ask them to change the meat to something else? I heard that in some japanese restaurants its possible to have vegetarian options but you have to inform them before

Keep refreshing and trying. Nothing wrong with looking a bit later too. People cancel or their reservation doesn’t go through and then it opens up.

@@JeffHawthorne will keep looking back. Someone commented on another video that bots get all these and resell them😟. My son has been a big fan of Kirby half his life and we're only in Tokyo for about a week

Nope. Only the month prior to your desired date.
