I needed something quick and fast, the one I was doing took like 30 minutes plus. And I'm not a man of patience so this helped a lot thank you

Do you have any advice for professional musicians (piano) which caused it in the first place? This is my livelihood. I've been using the prescription cream and doing stretches. I still need to do my job in-between though.

Great video thank you so much! Went to an OT this week who told me there are no exercises that I should be doing and that I should just keep it in a custom brace 24/7 for three months straight. he seemed bothered that I hadn’t got the Cortizone shot yet and told me that I should just go get the surgery. I’ve been doing these exercises and I feel so much better.

How am I just finding this? Amazing video, concise information, great examples. Felt immediate flexibility and comfort in my wrist that has been deformed because of a bad wrist. Thank you. Thank you for allowing me to play my guitar with longevity in mind

Great video. I had issues a few years ago and couldn’t fix it for nearly 2 years. As a professional musician it was absolutely horrendous. I occasionally get tiny flare ups and the information in this video is not only informative but also very helpful to treat the issue.

Big thanks! Just recently felt pain in the palm near my thumb (where the Thenar muscles are as you mentioned) from climbing! Will hopefully get back to it eventually after 2~3 weeks of wearing a splint! (not at my max climbing level ofc)
