Love it been playing for 7 years and recently have had hand problems (never done hand warm ups in my life) and this has helped with the pain and discomfort I get while playing recently. Thanks! (also gave me some additional strength on bar chords which I've been struggling with recently. now they sound great again 😄)

I needed something quick and fast, the one I was doing took like 30 minutes plus. And I'm not a man of patience so this helped a lot thank you

I have been dedicated to stretching after playing but I should do these before playing. Excellent!

Once I was having a show in the winter. I put on a capsaicin cream on my right wrist to help me warm up. That was 2 hours before the show. Then we warmed up in the rehearsal room, but my right wrist and hands were cold as hell. We arrived to the place, but they didn't have great heating, no running hot water. I drank a hot tea, maybe it will help. But no. My right wrist and fingers were cold. We started playing the show with cold, stiff hands, I managed to go through it; the moment I left the stage my right wrist started burning from capsaicin cream . It was utter madness, the cream should have worked in 15 minutes. But apparently without blood flow it didn't do anything.

This is amazing!!! No time wasted explaining and talking, I do everyday now!! Could you do one for Exercises you could do to strengthen. Your hands and your muscles in your arm and wrist to play guitar. Please.

I enjoyed the podcast with Desi and I learnt a lot from it. I would have liked to see the video be complete for both hands then I can follow along instead I have to pause repeat on the other hand then step back the video because I loose a few secs. The 5 min warm-up on your video is only one hand so should this be a called a 7 or 8 min warmup? Nevertheless, it is good exercise thanks.

this seems very helpful thank you only wish it were slower, it's a little too fast to follow with. imo there's no need to skip parts on something like this. thank you.

@@williamchang8716 Thanks but my comment was made after doing that. I suppose maybe he skipped doing the exercises on the other hand, etc, to keep the video at 5mins.
