I’ve always wanted to learn this song (I’m a soprano) but I can only speak English. I feel like that’s cheating and slapping Mozart in the face… what do I do?!

Wolfgang Ablinger-Sperrhacke is a great Loge! I suppose I must be one of the lucky few to have seen him both in this superb Rheingold in Leeds in 2016 and in Oksana Lyniv’s magnificent version in Bologna in 2024 - purely by coincidence!

These events should be done more often, so the newer generation will probably buy tickets for these concerts more.

I like these semi-staged productions. Less time for singers to act like actors. They are singers first and actor second. It may go against Wagner's concept of Gemankunstwerk but the pacing is better realised.

so thats why when i heart Kingdom Hearts Ost something was tingling in my brain, i hear this song very young and later forgot about for i never know his name and later when i hear the KH ost make me feel the good kind of nostalgia so i latch in them, it was Ravel's Bolero, oh this was beautiful, thanks for make me remember one of the good parts of my childhood
