I found this video by a random search , so glad to hear those great advice from a truly master! It’s a vivid metaphor by connecting Painting and acting , all art forms have something in common. Really jealous those students who can follow your lesson in person. I wish I can see your works somewhere in Europe.

Hello sir, I am a western painter, very impressed by your technique. I am wondering, do you work in a single session to complete the face? I ask because I`m wondering if this method of painting requires alla prima, wet in wet?
@YimaukunAtelier
@YimaukunAtelier 5 ай бұрын
A painting of this size is typically done over two days, about 6 hours in total. So to answer your question, it's done in multiple sessions but not a lot of time in between sessions. Yes, wet in wet.

I beg your pardon, Master, but in your drawing, a model with such a proud posture, a face with classical features and an intense gaze, appears sadly aged, tired, and devoid of the soul that characterizes her.

@clark6930
@clark6930 Жыл бұрын

@@clark6930 Please! next time make comments in english, so we all can share a word. I translated what you said, and i agree with you despite i paint from photos most of the time because i paint pets mostly. But i agree, masters are not only masters, they are also genuine and really smart and cultured people, so if they dont approve something, im not saying they have the absolute truth, but... i will think it twice really. They are the path to follow, at least for me, i admire them. My best regards from Argentina, Mr kent and 芊羽陈 !
