no need to open chain just applu deseal rub with brush , clean with cloth and apply lube , continue this process 500-600km or when chain just

@@vikramjio7651 yes. But you can't clean properly inside of opposite side. Iam not cleaning like this at every 500-600km. Every 500-600km iam just clean and lube like you said ( without removing )...

@@Anujmehra99 you can use diesel or kerosene to clean chain. Don't use petrol or thinner. Petrol or thinner will damage your chain O'rings...

Yes you can. But you need to remove old air screw o'ring also. That's not simple without remove carburetor. Take a bike rear brake switch spring or anything like that and bend the tip of that spring and insert in airscrew hole and lock the spring tip with old o'ring and pull. If you replacing only the airscrew that's easy more than this...

I tried unsuccessfully to pull the fan from the motor shaft. You need a lot of strength to do it. In the end I used a paint brush to remove the dust. The blower fan seems to have a 'lock' of about 2mm width that seems to be providing the resistance in removing the fan from the shaft. I wonder if there is a puller tool for this?
