When your engine reach high temperature thermostat will open automatically coolant line and start coolant circulation process. This time all air will comeout blocked inside Radiator, Hose's, and engine head coolant passages. This is coolant air bleeding process...

Hi. nice I changed coolant today in my Alto 800. It took only 2 lts inside, I kept the car in idling for less than 5 mins only. Just wanted to know how long you did the topup. Should we need to keep car in idling for 15 to 20 mins? Thanks

When we fill coolant water in to the radiator after drain the coolant there will be stuck air in the radiator or radiator hose. So there is no fills coolant and after driving coolant level will decreased. So we need start the coolant circulation process at coolant filling time. There is a valve (Thermostat) in coolant line. That valve never open in low temperature. So need to warmup the engine. That valve will open automatically if coolant temperature reached thermostat valve to open temperature. The coolant circulation will start after opens the valve. and the air will come out...

All things are good👍 nice video...but you make 1 ltr coolent +3 ltr water =4 ltre....... But according to my personal opinion 1 ltr coolent+ 1 ltr water is best......this is the way for better performance......and avoid that written line which is in coolent 1ltr pack.(1ltr+3 ltr water){likhe huve pr mat jao...kyu ki 1 ltr me 3 ltr water matlab ki sab to water hi ho gya na fir to) Means jitna coolent utna water Means if your radiator size is 3 ltr ....that means 1.5 ltr coolent+1.5 ltr water👍
