Can only say what we are doing in our raid. We swapped to all shadow with arcane mages. Ideally if you are going shadow you want as many as possible to increase your improved shadowbolt uptime.

You discover it from crafting outland recipes. I recommend mana pots or something else cheap that will always be in demand.

If you have a Fire Mage in the raid, I calculate about 3% more damage for Fire than for Shadow in P2 BiS gear. Could this be about right?

Druids get the most dodge per point of agility. Every 14.7 Agility = 1% dodge for druids. Warriors get 1% dodge for every 30 points of Agility whereas Paladins get 1% for every 25 points

I’m a druid tank at the moment. While I really like the flexibility of the druid, I kind of want to play some warrior tank as well. However, I feel like starting to play a Warrior now would leave me behind in terms of content and progression since P2 came out.

I'm not sure I follow the first point but the 2nd one is absolutely correct. You have a higher floor on rage generation but also a lower ceiling. Tend more towards the average as outlined in the video.

AFAIK Immolate is one of the better spells and a big part of why you run the spec. Immolate 810 Base damage with .85 spell damage ratio over 15 seconds (5.6% spellpower per second) (54 base DPS) Corruption 900 Base damage with .936 spell damage ratio over 18 seconds (5.2% spellpower per second) (50 base DPS) So then you are figuring out Is the cast time vs. GCD a large enough penalty? How much impact is the fact that a portion of it can crit? In a movement heavy fight how damaging is the cast time?

The set bonuses aren't all that. Revenge had it's threat-multiplier nerfed from 2.25x to 1.0x (but the flat threat was greatly increased), so the value of the two-piece is nowhere near as good as it was. The 8pc bonus was never good, and while the hit bonuses are nice, they are not something to pull your hair out over losing. Otherwise, just pick up pieces with high def and stam. You generally replace stuff fairly quickly in lvl 70 dungeons, and heroics, or kara. The last pieces i kept were the chest, boots and ring. Get crit immune and a solid ammount of stamina, and see if you can't sneak in some pieces with hit/expertise/agility without sacrificing too much survivability.

Sort of. Druid works best with a warrior in the raid somewhere. Demo Shout and Thunderclap are great additional mitigation for a druid. Granted it doesn't have to be a prot warrior

@@undertyped1 Have fun having a druid MT as your progression tank, see how consistent that goes for you. Warriors are the kings of single target threat , defensive cooldowns and survivability. Druids and pallies can't compare on those fundamentals.

Sorry that is not true. For starters, destruction spec only maintains immolate, corruption is not worth it because of the 2 second cast time since it's untalented. Curse is of course dependent on your assignment, you can only curse of doom once CoE and CoR are covered. Also one big thing: you NEVER use conflagrate as part of a rotation. I cannot stress this enough, it is a movement tool only. This is because not only you are forced to lose an immolate tick at least, but the spell power coefficient makes it worse in terms of damage per cast time that either shadowbolt or incinerate.
