Mike I am from N.C. so I will probably never make it to your facility. I have never seen something so great. I am 63 now and have trained Nautilus since l was 18.I did meet Jim Flanagan twice and was able to meet Arthur once at the University of Florida in Gainesville where he put on a seminar and then treated my wife and me to a wonderful meal.I wish you the best with your work. Zane poses better than anyone, he is so natural and fluid, if he was a little bigger, he could have won more than three Olympia.

Mentzer, i think , he was the most complete in every aspect of the competition asks, i think the only thing he lacks is bigger chests. Danny Padilla, however, in my opinion, presented better backs and arms (biceps and triceps, very huge and symmetrical), better triceps than Arnold and perhaps the same size of biceps or a little bit bigger.

What they all have in common is that none of them had legs. If anything , Tom had the best of them all lol. And Arnold was way out of his prime here. He already won.🏆 6 at this point. But the unfortunate thing about this show is that it was fixed and they had Arnold won, even tho he shouldn’t have. If I did have to choose.. I would pick between Mike and Zane

Is it common that this would increase sciatica pain? My flare up was almost gone and mri shows mild bulge in l2-3-4-5 but visible nerve root compression and mild stenosis from aging ligaments. While on the machine it felt great. The next day the sciatica decentralized into the foot and new symptom along outer shin down to middle toe. Starting weight I think is 50? Full range of motion. 20 raps Did I over do it or this is normal part of course. Anyone insight would be greatly appreciated

Incrivel a diferença entre boyer Coe e Mike com relação ao campeão. Zane ja falou recentemente em podcast que que boyer coe e Mike Mentzer estavam em melhores condições de suas carteiras. Peitoral e bíceps de arnold para mim são espetaculares entretanto ele não foi o campeão da noite. Não importa quem coloque na posição de primeiro colocado não foi Arnold. Mike e Zane vinham brigando nos ultimos 2 olympias era nitido que Mike era o favorito e venceria sem contestação se vermos que zane chegou abaixo de 79 então 80 ficaria entre boyer e Mike Mentzer. Fisiculturismo é proporção, volume muscular e condicionamento e você deve se adequar aos três. Mentzer chegou a fazer dieta de 500kcal dia e ficou de cama isso o próprio John Litle relata em podcast com John Hansen tudo porque ele perdeu para zane que er 20kg mais leve que ele e chegou mais condicionado e menos volumoso pois se preparou para enfrentar zane. Mike e Boyer são logicamente os melhores candidatos a campeão do Mr. olympia de 1980. Mike nunca falou que deveria ter sido campeão apesar das circunstâncias apontarem que o título seria dele porém sempre deixou claro junto com zane e boyer coe que Arnold não venceu em 80.
