Eli, you said your self that a willpower is needed in order to have good habits. I thing that this is the original Intention . The original say is "Nothing Stands In The Way of The Will". The meaning is not that if one wants be run far he will, but that if one will train due to his willpower , he will sucess

….one more cont sorry won’t post beyond a curtain word count…. Of course you have reached your last resort that you have spent your entire life trying to avoid considering let alone resorting to it but you get what you can off the street though you have done your research and try everything with the least risky first and when you finally find something that works which is what the doctor probably would have resorted to if they believed and trusted you only none of the professionalism medically speaking you develop a habit begin to hate yourself and can’t achieve certain requirements to get or stay employed. This is my best example of habits that people do not understand or choose not consider and behave as they will in their involvement. I just had an overwhelming urge to share this scenario as I have woken up to the realizations myself in time and am appalled at myself and society for failing people in such ways. It came to my mind heavier than anything upon starting in one this video and noting the understanding it can actually bring. These things do really need to be shared in discussion in these changing times. Please consider everything with an open heart and open mind because it could just as easily been you

…. Comment continuation… they send you home because they see you and that you aren’t exhibiting signs of unrelenting aches and pains because you have felt them your whole life and tell you you just need to take over the counter meds that you know you have taken beyond the recommended limit already before resorting to consulting a doctor but if you press it makes no difference or they write you prescription doses of the over the counter meds which makes no difference for you still can’t take more mg doses either way but it gets you out of their office for the moment. Of course now you are discouraged from trying that again god forbid they think you are only sealing something stronger. Even if that was never your intention to begin with you know that the only option you have left when the medical system and all exercises and many other things…
@Zero_Intolerance7 ай бұрын
This is amazing. Now bare with me. If you are someone who has had pain. Undiagnosed hip dysplasia your entire life as you are born with it and it is only checked for at primarily one visit in one small timeframe when you are an infant if they even think to check at all, and that is by todays medical standards in the United States. Now you don’t know you have this problem but you know you have the pain. You develop habits over your life as this pain gnaws at you on and on with all the other obstacles you face in life for they do not discriminate. You fall in to a feeling of desperation just to function how everyone expects you to how you want to so you look for whatever you can and doctors don’t believe you are feeling the pain you are they naturally assume you were checked and it was ruled out and never think to check or don’t even know of a procedure that would.

Next time make the inner pipe, a bit shorter and squishy ends down with tape, and you can do the same thing on the handle end, and go further up the proper length of the hand or whatever you need to squish it down. That way you don’t have to cut any foam out.
