Lol not sure I can kick as accurate with a spin kick but I can still send two guys flying behind the. Force kick pads my brother. I got a mean side kick and powerful body kicks. Heh Some delivery guys for thr beds got it stuck between our stairs awhile back and the ceiling taking out the old bed. They couldnt figure how to dislodge it so I saw it as perfect opportunity to use the JKD power side kick. My son at the other end to male sure it didnt hit anyone or fly and break anything..man the one kick sent it flying and my 20 year 180 lb muscular old basketball and boxing loving son down the stairs and a bit of skid marks on the ceiling lol. Yep still got it!! The younger generation shouldn't be shocked that if we aim.to stay.limber and strong cant underestimate our strengths even when we nearing 50 or above Eli. Roarrrr😎🐯👍👍😂

It is not me. It is one of my students. He moves like a young person. My kicks are less graceful. I can still spin kick but it looks different somehow he does it great! Not just training something with his natural ability.
