How do you make donations to Monkey World from the states? I love Allison, she gives us widows real hope we’re able to survive a great loss. I’d love to hear more about Oshene, she’s so funny. Jeremy, thank you for being with Allison and supporting her with Jim’s dream as well. A true friend to monkey world and Jim. So many can learn from you!!

I’m such a fan of Allison and her late husband Jim. I hope she realizes how much hope she has given to the young widows of the world. Her strength to carry on Jim’s dream has given me so much inner peace. My only wish is I could help at monkey world but living in NJ could only make donations. In a small way it would carry out my Dave’s dreams since he was a vet tech. Thank you Allison, you rock and hope you keep on carrying on MW.

How do you keep them looking so nice, not many with patchy bald spots, scars, wounds, torn off fur/hair? I've seen (on video) some fairly worn-out and messed up chimps at zoos' videos. Of COURSE, their enclosures are frightfully smaller than the ones the chips at Monkey World enjoy, so perhaps there's less conflict and/or boredom with the chimps in the homes Monkey World provides them.

Jim's achievements in his too-brief time on the planet were magnificent and will forever resonate positive energy and profound deeds. Dear Jim will always live on in the hearts and minds of the majority, who care about the safety and happiness of our primate cousins. God bless you Alison for your magnificent work at Monkey World, continuing your beloved husband's work and vision and love for animals, in a beautiful, unbroken chain. So much love and respect to you and your team. XXX

That new vet that took over after John Lewis passed away ( R.I.P. John) has put more primates to sleep in a short period of time. It seems that every time he did a surgery in the end, it gets put down. I hope im not the only one bothered by this. I've been off of work for a couple of weeks and binged all of monkey world seasons and all of monkey business. Back to back in less than 2 weeks' tines. I just finished season 15 of monkey business, and yall should watch it all and keep count! Watch all of it tho.its all on Amazon Prime, Something is not right with the new vet. I mean, unless Allison really doesn't care. Hmmmm....curious

These primates belong in a semi wild rehabilitation facility in borneo or Sumatra not behind bars in Britain.
@BritishOrangutan123Ай бұрын
They are rescued primates, if they were in the wild they would die in a few days💀 I get your trying to be helpful but you're just being annoying mate
@papiliopurpuro7 күн бұрын
Well they belong in the wild but unfortunately they were taken out of the wild and their natural habitat is being rapidly destroyed. Monkey World does have a sanctuary in Vietnam that is focused in rehabilitation then monitored release of some species but that's not appropriate for all individuals. As can be seen with how many of the females reject their babies because they never learned how to care for babies so there wouldn't be a next generation as they'd die abandoned in the wild 😢.

So Noone else finds it curious that Allison takes most of the wooly monkey babies to hand rear. She gives to mom very few chances. In the beginning she said Juilo was only the 2nd one ever hand reared by a human, now she's done it many times over! I understand the rare species, but she takes those babies like they're hers and always has a great excuse. Allison doesn't like monkeys as pets, yet she has over 240! And they're all humanized. Hmmmm

I just watched a KZbin video where people have "Finger Monkeys", or Pygmy marmosets. I made sure to post that Pygmy marmosets are not pets like a dog or cat. They are primates and need to be in the wild or a proper facility that can care for them. Jim and Alison are the type of people who make this a better planet to live in. Thanks to Jim for his passion and to Alison who equally shared this passion and continues to do so to this day. Also, thank you to Jeremy Keeling. I envy his working with the chimpanzees and orangutans.

Hi Allison such a fan of you Jim ,& Jeramy's work. We just found Monkey World this summer watched every episode and we're thrilled to find Monkey business that we are currently watching. It helps us bridge the stories and starts of the adult Monkeys that premier Ed on Monkey World. We live in Kodiak, Alaska and have never seen a Monkey in real life but we have sure learned alot and are appalled at all the pet monkey utube chanels. Will we be getting a new season of Monkey World? ❤❤❤
