I got 2013 Honda Pilot Ex Sport 175k miles.I need a rear wheel hub and 2 rear shocks and 4 sway bar links. I was looking at moog for the wheel hub and KYB for the shocks. Probably will get the sway bar links from Honda. Im seeing a lot of mixed up opinions about moog and movatech. I’m not sure what to order from rock auto I been doing my research for a month. I Really could use some advice man! Anyone have any advice on which company to go with for these parts.

first time user....and probably last. I am trying to place an order and have it shipped to a address in Montana. I am in Canada and will drive across the border to pick up. RA 'help' section says that yes, you CAN ship to another address different from your billing address. But the instant I put in that my billing address is in Canada, instantly, the website removes one of my items (AC compressor) and says that it is too big to ship to Montana. absolute crap!!! and naturally, when you try to find a customer service number to get help with their flawed website...you cant. But if you dig hard enough, you can find aa tiny little number for Corp headquarters in Wisconsin. Guess what happens when you call that number? they SPECIFICALLY TELL YOU that you cannot get customer service at this number...but you can press 3 to speak to reception. So you press 3...and get a message saying "NOBODY IS HERE TO ANSWER YOUR CALL....but our office hours are...: I am calling at 10 am on a Tuesday...and nobody will answer your call. What business does this? so...I cannot place my order and your crappy website with its lame ass "help" section says I can do what it is I am trying to do. And nobody is at work to help me. How satisfied am I with Rock Auto as a first time customer? I am sure you can guess...

Their discount is basically worthless. I've never ever seen anything more than 5%. And you can find many, many, many 5% codes all day long every month every year.

They just flat out SUCK! If your order is actually 'what' you ordered and expected and it's ALL there and it arrives on time, great! Consider yourself lucky. If there's a problem or you get low grade Chinese made swapouts FORGET IT! You're on your own.

I had the same experience ,company has no customer service and is now a bait and switch company,You order high quality brands and they send cheap Chinese pars instead and then want you to pay return shipping ,when they get part ,they credit you after 3 days .You then have to reorder part and pay shipping again.This is Fraud ,bait and switch

Auto mechanics are very dishonest people. Yesterday at Big O Tire they charged me $1200 to replace both front wheels hub assembly in my 2004 Toyota Sienna using Moog parts. Today I discovered that they used cheap generic parts. Plus they charged me 4 hours of works but they finished the job in less than 2 hours. I know it because I was in the waiting room. I hate auto mechanics!

I agree with the guy who made this video but I sent them a message about it and someone did call me and apologized about it. really its the mechanic that gets ripped off less you own your shop cause 98 percent of mechanics are flat rate pay with a slum boss that will try under pay the mechanic they make 165hr or more for labor and pay the mechanic 25hr out that and get the rest and top it off they want to charge 6 hr on a 12 hr job cause everything is just garbage or rusted you work on! so it takes twice as long so you loose quality cause the mechanic thats getting screwed is sick of going under and making the boss 10,000 a week to set on his ass and eat chips while you take care of the vehicle, customers, ordering parts and cost you that much more time and the shop also charges 60 percent or more mark up on the parts too. so if it a 500 dollar parts it would be billed to you as 800$ im start my own mobile shop and be reasonable with people. and do it on my own
