Great job! You're very thorough & I love how honest your videos are, you don't try to make it look easy by cutting out the parts that show when things don't go perfect. You're very entertaining to watch & listen to!

The only branding I can find on it is “Roketa” on the stator cover and that it’s an 86cc branded on the head, other than that the body panels only had warning stickers that were sun baked and falling off so I’m just as clueless what kind of atv this is😅 wish I could be of more help!

With your clutch cable you can shorten it by removing the inner cable and snipping the outer cable to the desired length then reinserting the inner cable this gives you a way smoother and easier clutch thanks great video...

If my clutch isn’t disengaging should I tighten the cable more?
@Bob-T-Builder
@Bob-T-Builder Ай бұрын
Yes that would be the most common issue, and if there is not enough adjustment on the clutch handle part you will need to bottom it back out and re-tighten the cable on the engine side!

Yes they do haha! Like I said in my first video when installing it, this is the first frame my 80cc engine was on and then it went through 3 others until it ended up on my mountain bike, and I still have plans to put it onto a different frame and reinstall the jack shaft kit I got for it, so that will be another video eventually!! Thank you for the comment and I appreciate the support!😁😁

Im liking the intake extension. And that is a Maikuni, 24mm are great with smaller jets. Congratulations on the welder, best choice ever.Good looking upgrades . Thanks for sharing.
@Bob-T-Builder
@Bob-T-Builder 2 ай бұрын
Appreciate the comment! Unfortunately I probably will not be using the intake extension because the hole spacing is different on each side🤨 I’m thinking it might actually be an adapter for smaller engines like my 80cc and 100cc, but that still wouldn’t work because the seat post tube would be in the way. So I’m a little stumped on that one, but we can still get by without it!!

My back tire is too fat for my chain it rubs against my tire which is 26x4 is there any idea you have to fix it the bike is a mongoose beast
@Bob-T-Builder
@Bob-T-Builder 2 ай бұрын
If you look at the chopper bike it has an engine mounting adapter plate the scoots it further to the left to clear the 4” wide tire, I’m not sure if that would fit inside your frame though along with the engine but it’s an idea. Another option would be to use a jack shaft kit that’s wide enough, and then it will be driving the original chain on the bike so you will be able to shift “gears” on the engine too.

Great and thorough video! I don't know if it's easier installing the clutch cable before or after the chain, but apparently both ways work. I probably would have taken one more link out of the chain, but again, you had it set up pretty good and working just fine!! 👍👍😁

Cool sting ray how did you manage to install those forks on the bike I've been wanting to mount some motorcycle forks on my Ruff-cycles tango and convert the hole bike into a small motorcycle 🏍️

Thank you so much!😁😁 And awesome question! I stole the whole front end off of a 1974 Honda dirt bike that my dad and I could never figure out the wiring harness to, I used the original bearings from the chopper frame itself as well as the ones off the Honda shocks and still had to fill in some space with some extra bearings I had from old BMX head sets, (I suppose using washers in between would work as well). I will be dropping a Q and A style video soon on topics I wanted to retouch on the 100cc engine build and I will address the the chopper forks in more detail at the very beginning! I also forgot I needed to swap out one of the bearings and re-grease everything so thank you for your comment to remind me!!!😇😇😇

@@gamerdad8531 I also forgot to mention in my previous comment that I also have a long threaded bolt down the center of the head set assembly, with very large washers, to clamp everything together as an extra safety precaution so the forks don’t fall off while I’m riding! It isn’t necessary at all but I’d rather have the extra redundancy and be safe than sorry😅. Again I will try to show EVERYTHING about it in the beginning of my Q&A video for you!💯💯💯
