Dr Kamat, try to learn western aspects in astrology. The difference between diseases will be clearer to you. at least I hope. Jupiter afflicted by Saturn by square can be a liver cancer, and in sextile with Saturn can be gall bladder stones. It's not so simple, but when you start studying this matter how planets form different aspects then you will see those details. For instance, Venus in Libra are skin allergies or kidneys, but in Taurus endocrine system, but what if Venus is in 10th house in Capricorn in opposition with Uranus? You will see the ocean of possibilities will open up for you.

Sir i think Avestan Ahura Mazda and Rig Vedic Varun is same. Ahura Mazda has 101 names and one name is Varun. I don't why today Hindus don't know anything about Vedic Asur Devas like Indra and Varun when they were greatest at that period of time.

Gulika is in Punarvasu. The deity is Aditi, mother of devas, hence metaphorically the source of light and renewal (punarvasu) Gulika damages this regenerative principle severely. Since the D1 & D9 rashi is Gemini which is mutable and airy, the nerves were affected (airy element) and the symptoms will come and go.

Delve deeper into the shlok. The order of creation for example will become clear. Moreover, creation will reveal itself to be manifestation which is something that may arise out of nothing. Just my 2 cents worth of thoughts. Eg ratna is created by heat and pressure. So basically it's manifestation arising out of mere presence of a property of agni which himself may not have manifested in known form.

At 24:00, additional remark: Mars which is Yogkarak for cancer ascendant in D1 and lord of ascendant (scorpio) in D3 is rendered powerless and extra-malefic because of conjunction with Gulika in H3 of D9 chart. Hence, Mars also is complicit in this disorder. At 26:31, 85th dwadashamsa is Cancer, with lordship Moon. This directly indicates past life origin of brain/mind problem.

ADDITIONALLY I have already spoken of the protective moderating influence of Saturn for this case, both in terms of natal position and transit/gochar position at time of diagnosis. Note: Saturn is Yogkarak for Libra Ascendant, which I have not mentioned in the video(hence the comment) and H5 lord Saturn in H9 is particularly auspicious. Its nakshatra Ardra does indicate some minor mischief from Rahu though. CORRECTION: At 16:50, while speaking of moon in mula nakshatra, I erroneously said Michael Jackson instead of Michael Douglas.

Good insight Rahul... one thought - Saturn in the 8th house - Saturn is the karaka of 8th house. When karaka planet occupies its own house (& here in its own nakshatra), it can destroy some effects of that house. So the longevity of the native was reduced..
