I have recently purchased this beautiful pattern but was feeling a little nervous at tackling it, however, after watching the video I am now feeling much more confident. Whilst the written instructions are very good, I am a visual learner and am now very ready to begin my project. Thank you for making this excellent video.

For the reversible version, do I need 3 yards of the 2 different fabrics? Or 1.5 yards each?
@SewingTherapy4 күн бұрын
Hello, 👋 Apologies for the confusion! With the two-sided waistband and if the skirt fabric is usable on both sides, it can be worn as a reversible skirt. I don’t recommend adding a lining for the skirt panels, as the wrap skirt might become too heavy.

Sara, I discovered your chanel a few months ago and I love and enjoy working with your patterns! I’m asking myself, as I am working on rhis skirt, if the white blouse you’re wearing in the intro (with the blue one) is as well a creation of yours, and if it is possible to have a pattern for it - it is also so beautiful! Thanks for all (:

With white blouse, I mean the buton-up shirt (:
@SewingTherapy14 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m thrilled you enjoy working with my patterns. As for the white blouse in the intro, unfortunately, it’s a ready-to-wear (RTW) piece, not one of my designs.😅

thank you so much for this, I will try to make my first shirt thanks to this easy to understand video. I tried to buy something for christmas but sizing and materials and colors are all godawful?? meanwhile I have suitable nice fabric, sewing machines, a million buttons and matching thread. even interfacing. what am I doing shopping for stuff that was probably made by exploited workers and doesn't even look good... let's DIY this!!

My dear, this is impossible! Could you present two videos about each garment where one is spoken English! I cannot follow your beautiful work while watching and reading the subtitles.
@SewingTherapy19 күн бұрын
I completely understand how having spoken English in the videos could make it easier to follow along. I'll definitely keep your suggestion in mind as I plan future projects and videos.
@sheilanorthen615118 күн бұрын
You could try turning down the volume..and then just read the subtitles. Hope this helps.
@patclark162218 күн бұрын
@@sheilanorthen6151 Thank you - but not really, if I'm looking at the subtitles I'm not looking at the sewing besides Sara has a lovely calming voice whatever language she's speaking.
