I don’t understand why, I have to manually balance a load for the washer I paid for. I bought this washer yesterday, and I haven’t been able to wash a single load , without having to manually balance or restart the washer. I should have bought a simple washer

Is this new or you bought it used from someone? If it’s new I would take it back. If you bought it used, try the suspension rods and go from there.

Do you know if you can rotate the head unit 90° to one side, like the Lippert jacks, allowing you to drop the tailgate when the trailer is still hooked up? I have this same jack on my trailer and can not fully drop my tailgate when hooked up.

It’s just a triangle bolt pattern that look’s evenly spaced. Looks like you can just rotate it 90 degrees to the drivers side for easy access. Give er a rip. I’ve got an old truck and my tailgate just clears when hooked up.

Now ive done bought a cheap set off of ebay, a set from amazon, and from samsung that are over priced. Still off balance. Even slathered the rods down with extra dampening grease. So whats the real fix for this issue? It passes in the diagnostic mode, but still wobble with any size load

Sorry to hear you have been having trouble…. That stinks. That’s been the real fix for thousands of people. A few people commented on here that a repairman came out after it didn’t fix theirs and were told that is was the computer. I heard that was expensive, it may be time for a new washer. Good luck trying to figure it out.

I replaced the suspension rods, after a few loads it keeps saying "unbalanced" I found a KZbin video comment from "@gened9632" and I want to share it with everyone: Perform a balance calibration when you're finished. @@MrKnowSomeThings oh no worries--your video is an "A." I was just very nervous about that key step and screwing up something that involves injecting gas, so seeing how the rail just snaps on and is very hard to mess up would have given me a touch of extra confidence, but maybe my caution is a good thing. The biggest problem is how hard it is to access down there. Anyway, great video. Couldn't have been more spot-on.
