Nah the lifesteal rate is buns, from my testing it feels like half the rate of normal hp regen variant which is 1.1 per tick, you can see videos of it and the rate of healing is pretty horrible, I did 3 bars of damage and got 1/4 of a bar so its pretty much the same as having 15 more flat hp or 3% flat defense, but less consistent.
