it needs buffs, it isnt bad it's just mid especially for a mythical. I ran it in ranked for a bit and I noticed that since the 3rd move doesnt true stun they can parry mid move and for some reason it gives them autoparry frames for the entire duration. A lot of the rare shikais are better than this, especially with that rei cost you dont notice it as much since you have passive rei regen as kido but with kendo and speed im out of rei within a handful of moves.
