I don’t know that they would take it away from you, didn’t experience that anywhere while traversing Ireland during Xmas 2019 - Jan. 4th 2020; they’re way too friendly. However that’s not to say it hasn’t happened; I could see that. But seriously, don’t touch it until it settles - out of respect. We spontaneously pulled into a place called Murphy’s (of course) early in the day, only ones there, told them we wanted Guinness the way it’s meant to be. Incredibly friendly - and instructive - about taking that 1st sip. I barely have words to describe the taste, the moment! It is true though, after a Guinness there, you won’t be able to drink it in the states for a time.

Their beers were better when they still used bottle conditioning. Sam’s the guy who had to invent Randall The Enamel Animal to get the taste of hops in his beers.

long story short, dogfish beers are conceptually amazing, and most end up being pretty underwhelming.

Holy Crap!!!!!! Just happened by this video from years ago. What happened to these guys? They fell of the radar! Anyway, Cantillon, my favorite, most enjoyable Lambics. Rose de Gambrinus being my favorite. Tough to get here in the states, but worth it once you get it........ I've seen it ordered by a shop in New Jersey; just be prepared to pay....... BUT, why would you present a beautiful beer from Cantillon, and then go to a food pairing with a different beer? Which, correct me if I'm wrong, you guys did quite a bit. Maybe that's why you're no longer here...... LOL!!!
