That’s what happened to my jeep!…. What worked for me was a lug nut removal socket and a sledgehammer, making sure the socket is all the way seated against the wheel!… how do use two different sizes one to remove the otter casing and then another one for the nut

It’s about time someone played some good music on KZbin, from and ‘80s Black/Death/Speed/Melodic metal fan, when Metallica was a garage band, all bands seen at L’Amour, Brooklyn, Mercyful Fate, Exciter, Exodus, Metal Church, to name a few.

Thank you for providing a excellently detailed video! My 2000 4.0 WJ is slightly different than the one you worked on in the video; I was completely thrown off when you pulled the fan shrowd off so easily only to discover there was no clutch style fan attached to the pulley. I honestly didn't know some WJs came that way. Do you have a video where you replace the water pump in a 4.0 with a regular clutch style fan attached to the pulley like my WJ? Or do you have any tips or tricks on the easiest/quickest way to replace the water pump with fan clutch? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Some people insist the water pump bolts have to be coated to prevent leaking, even into the engine ? doesn't look like I should worry about that? Great instructions, thank you. 👍👍👍

I recently had an aluminum front wheel and one of the studs was spinning in the hub. I tried drilling stud through center of lug nut, and that did not work at all. had a carbide burr and tried to grind the side of the lug, no luck with that as the cone of the nut is down in a hole. Tried air chisel, no luck there. After about 2 1/2 hours I got the torch and aimed the blow towards center of stud, and had it off in less than 2 minutes. Burned the clear coat around hole but no damage to wheel.

Thank you immensely for saving me hundreds of dollars! The only hint would be to keep the lower radiator hose coil spring for the new one. I cleaned off the old spring and fed it through the newer one.

been a mopar fan all my life And always only owned a mopar. worked on em whatever repair was needed. In 2019 i bought my 1st Ford. A mustang GT. Modded the car like you wouldnt believe. Im here to tell ya...Ford engineers are smarter than mopar engineers. Fords can be built quicker on the line. And fixed faster by the end user. As a born and bred mopar fan...after owning my 1st Ford...gotta say...mopars suc to work on , compared.

I actually agree, there are some very dumb Chrysler/Mopar engineering designs. If you have the 01-04 WJ 4.7L you know what retardation went into radiator removal design and the OE fan module being under the passenger headlight under a plastic layer you need to cut a 4" square into just to get into it and let airflow in. The failing door harness wiring is cheap wires that are 5 different gauges. The proprietary bolt sizes on sway bar link to bar. The hydrolic fan instead of a electric fan. The shroud eats up all the space and honestly not needed, no overheating here and I don't have mech fan just a 1350CFM 14" fan.
