Hey Kenneth - Thank you so much for all the great information. I’m in an area where I don’t get to try different varieties of grapes, so I wanted to ask you how you’d say the Thomcord compares to other black grape varieties? I’m just starting to grow grapes and I’m very interested in your opinion from a taster’s perspective !! I hope you have the best New Year ever. Thank you so much 🙏-fasteagle

It absolutely is. You are freeing up energy for the body to detoxify itself. While grape fasting it’s important to take anti parasitic herbs like black walnut hull, wormwood, clove, pau d second, and wild crafted oregano oil to name a few. Makes sure the organs involved with sugar metabolism are supported as well as the elimination organs.

Brian Lynn yes! 1) Know the positions and what points you get for them. 2) Have a game plan- are you going to pull guard or take downs? Submission or points? Things may not go as planned but can give you an advantage over someone who doesn’t have a game plan. 3) Take your time and relax so you don’t burn out so quickly and lose because of fatigue. 4) Enjoy each moment of nervousness, anxiety, excitement, and many other emotions that come with your first tournament.
