I really like my Form grip on my 40DS, but it doesn’t fit the 30DS Hunter, as there are minor variations to the shape. That said, the stock grip on the hunter series is pretty good as well.

How long is the pass? can you do it in a day? I'm thinking of coming up next month with a group from Oregon. Do you know if you can camp on the trail?
@nivajourno3398 Жыл бұрын
The pass can be completed in under a day. There are many camping options along the trail (I'm 99% sure it's legal as long as you're far enough from traffic). I never camped near the trail itself, I prefer spots at the end (east side) of the trail. This is a good option: www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/okawen/recarea/?recid=58361 (but there are many more near it). Good luck!

I would definitely buy one of these grips if they weren't $200. That's kinda steep in a word of after market grips that can be found for anywhere between $70-$100 for other firearms.

Yeah, I bought the extended rubber 'Big Bear' grips for my Bond Arms Roughneck and was charged $80.00 for two pieces of rubber that cost less than $1.50 to manufacture.

Great video thanks! Looks like a lot of fun! I'm about to get the same exact set up on my JLUR. Did you notice a big difference in milage and road noise with the rack and RTT?
@pacificnorthwest-off-road2 жыл бұрын
Road noise increased, but not substantially. We resolved this by playing the music louder! Yes, the average fuel consumption with 37” tires (up from 33”), a 3.5” lift, and the iKamper reduced from 16 MPG (city) / 22 MPG (highway) to 14/18 MPG, which is reasonable in our opinion. Most people don’t buy Jeeps because of their fuel economy… ;-)
@mrbluepencil_2 жыл бұрын
Awesome! thanks for that great info. Good to know. And yes, fuel economy was not the main reason to buy our Jeep ;) Thanks
