The possibility that Seliucas I Nicator was fathered by Phillip II, is in play, here. The fact that there are'nt many mentions of Seleucas while Alexander lived, yet was a part of the inner circle and known by all the Companions hints at Seleucas being an un-official brother of Alexander. Phillip II was a well-known

So the Greeks and Romans 'were despicable', what about the Parthians? Love listening to current age historians that sanctimoniously judge history thru a modern lens.

What do you mean, you don't see maps until the medieval period. It was the Hellenistic Greeks who regularly produced maps in Alexandria. The first known map was made 25000 years ago in Czech Republic. So the idea that Alexander had maps was not that far fetched.

You carry 4 javelins, not 2, and only 2 are meant to be used as classic javelins.

Ugh, I know amateurs today commonly mispronounce Antiochus, but I would've hoped for better from this podcast. The i would have been ee, like in machine. In classical languages, it almost never is a diphthong. That's a modern English artifact, coming from lack of classical education.
