God I hate eggs. They're so temperamental😭 Edit: the recipe is good! Works well. The Marshmallows "dough" is difficult to work with, but it does indeed make marshmallows.

They aren't cooked. There's no need to cook them after the eggs have been pasteurized.

yes...i saw a lady selling a course where she does exactly that. also, she lays cookie cutters, like trees, on waxed paper dusted with cornstarch, and fills them in, too...

My butter is not able to mix with the Apple puree mixture. I whipped it for 5-10 mins, but they just won't combine that well ( you can see little stripe of butter and apple muse) I need to heat the final mixture again, so the butter melted and finally merge with the apple puree. Anyone encountered that as well? And it taste supper buttery. :(
