The proposed distance of the project from Dmart Kalyani Nagar is 300 meters only. Also the pincode of Vadgaon Sheri and Kalyaninagar is not different. So we cannot comment whether it is vadgaon sheri or kalyani nagar. Moreover, this location is an unexplored part of Kalyani Nagar and had no road connectivity earlier so everyone call this place as vadgaonheri. Eventually this location would turn better than Kalyani Nagar as the development is occurring in a planned manner.

You are doing good Job but I always observe and have one objection Why you people always promote projects with false location name Even now your Thumbnail says Kalyani Nagar. I give you a challenge. Prove me on paper that this location is Kalyani Nagar and not Wadgaon Sheri. Almost all your video thumbnails have misleading locations. If you think you are a great sales person, why not say it's Wadgaon Sheri and convince people to buy here. Why take help of Kalyani Nagar to sell properties. Dum hai toh bolo ye Wadgaon Sheri hai.

Project seems promising thought the price is exorbitant for the pre launch offer......I would only consider it in future only if the real estate price collapses in Pune region. Advice to millennials - Stay away from investing in such a scheme at the current price.

These days every one involve in stock market checks valuation before buying. Wonder why most miss to do the same before property buying. Paying approx 4 cr for approx 1500 sqft. Turns out to be around 26000 per sqft. Finest of construction will cost approx 2000/sqft; Add land cost to be say 2000/sqft; add another 2000/sqft for miscellaneous. So total around 6000/sqft at cost and being sold at launch for 4 times. Jago pyaari..aur loan liya to chukate chukate purchasing cost would double..yehi hai sapno ka ghar 😅

The next 10 years of price appreciation is already factored in by developer, also project is not exactly in kalyani nagar but in vadgoan sheri, which is annexe of Kalyani nagar

Guys ! Avoid buying Flats in Pride World City, especially if you have school going kids. As a part of township they will promise , schools like Wisdom world or Vibgyor or DPS or DAV will come to Pride Premises and forget about new Projects , those who are staying in Manhatton or Boston were promised same thing 4 yrs back and still there is no sign of any school. Pride Builders are big time liars. if you have doubt ask any of the sales guys that when schools will come up and then you will see what kind of answers you will get.
