The statement project is a stand alone single tower, not even a gatted society hence there is no luxury and prices are high

Rather than putting too many efforts on graphics and music, focus on the issues, that mhada flats are in same building till 6th floor 😢 one of the biggest -ve, as they shifted mhada of the statement project here, ppl who are even thinking to buy bigger configurations 4/5 bhks will be from nearby localities (gaothi) only hence expect mixed crowd And dont forgot Amberwood project is also just beside it hence view will be blocked 😂

Why don’t citizens, local nagar sevak and builder work together to develop better infrastructure surrounding these communities? I know that government is like corrupt entities but they anyway setting their cuts so why not plan things better for whole communities?

Not providing dry balcony is a big turn off for me for such big 4 bhk. Cost saving. A budget project does so. Kitchen ventilation is not good too.

Indian reality is a big big bubble will burst in 10 years the rates are unsustainable both for owning and renting...all those start-ups with no earnings getting unsustainable valuation is driving this market....earnings not geeting reflected bin any of the companies results even consumer companies not showing growth...the reality is the biggest bubble stay safe guys don't put your lifes earning in such assets

Guy's just one advice never ever invest in under construction property the rates will remain the same adjusted to inflation even after 10 years excluding what will you pay for maintenence and property tax during your holding and please keep in account the capital gain tax...please do not fall in trap your priority should be cash inflows for retirement and protections for medical expanses...jst invest your money for health insurance , child education and your retirement fund....you can easily rent these apartments at 5% of the cost better buy a small land in your hometown for retirement where you can grow your food and have solar energy and beat inflation .
