Tower A and B have a very bad layout, only tower C layout is good, you should stick the walls of one apartment to other, in A and B bathroom of one and bedroom of other stick together over a common wall

It’s way better design than any apartments where living room walls are adjacent because maximum time is spent in the living area of the apartment

Video is good, I dont know why builders are not providing a househelp room, if a person has a 4cr house they do have a full time house help and a driver. I don't know why builders don't think about this use case

Guys this project is sanctioned in 2022 and after 2 years we have only 1st tower completed till 10th floor, RERA extension already taken by 6 month n project is not even 30 % completed, looks like builder is out of funds. Maiven takes 10 days for 1 slab jus wait for booking for 30 days n check if he is able to do 1 slab, if not 30 floor will take 20 months for casting only
